If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you are eligible to return your item for a refund 14 days after receiving the merchandise.

Upon receiving the item in the same condition, (unworn and with tags) Juvite will process a refund for the amount paid. Please return the jewelry in its original package with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping. Juvite is not responsible for items lost in transit. All shipping charges for returned items are not refundable. Customers are eligible for a one-time return only.
Repairs:
Juvite offers a one-time repair within the first six months of purchase due to a manufacturer defect. Repairs typically take two weeks to complete. Repair will be based on availability
