Shipping Disclaimer
Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any orders that are redirected due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee.
*Juvite cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment cost.
You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.
If a shipment is refused, we will do what we can to help have it returned to Juvite. We cannot guarantee that customs charges can be voided for a refused shipment.
All shipments are delivered by FedEx service.
All shipments sent with FedEx require a signature as proof of delivery. Shipments are insured whilst in transit from Juvite to the point the parcel is signed for, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you the receiver. The tracking information is available via email once a shipment has been generated with FedEx.

FedEx may authorize parcels to be left at an agreed location (eg. Outside the delivery address). A signed note will be required and this will be used as proof of delivery. Customers that authorize this form of delivery do so at their own risk. Neither FedEx nor Juvite are responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
All orders shipped by Juvite are subject to customs clearance. We will ensure to keep you informed of any delays that occur as a result of customs inspections.
Delays resulting from the carrier will be handled in a timely manner but are not responsibility of the site.
